Producer, Bo de Windt, and Editor Ben Bateman answered Cho Aniki 0 questions faster than you can say muscle brothers. No major revelations here, but we have a couple of humorous responses about the protein powered PSP shooter.
Your Cho Aniki 0 logo is…. interesting.
That’s what SHE said.
It’s a pretty bold move to pick up Cho Aniki 0. Why did you decide to publish it in North America?
Because it is AWESOME.
But, the game couldn’t get a retail release. How come?
I’m afraid all I can say is "ninjas".
There isn’t a ton of text, but can you set up the humorous plot?
I think I already have.
The Story So Far…
Since the death of Balzac, the Builder Planet has celebrated a long period of peace.
However, as time goes by, protein becomes scarce, and protein deficiency is soon a serious problem for the Builder Planet. As people struggle for control over what protein is left, Balzac II begins his subtle rise to power…
Learning of his return, Idaten and Benten take up arms and begin their man-tastic voyage…
Bo adds: Oiled up body builders, man love, protein, and beams that shoot from your head, what more could you want in a story?
Can you give us some hints on finding different paths?
Open your heart and give everyone a chance to seduce you into playing with…err…as them.
What character combination is your favorite?
Idaten and Adon. But honestly? All great.
How do you plan on promoting a game that’s so bizarre?
We have plans for a cross-promotion with the makers of Mana Potion Energy Drink. We intend to release a limited edition product called "Man Juice". Our slogan will be "Man Juice. For the man in you."
THIS IS A LIE.
Is Aksys changing anything for North America?
How could we possibly improve on perfection?
