New Super Mario Galaxy 2 Trailer Sticks To You

This video is all about drill tops and Yoshi, key elements in Super Mario Galaxy 2. With the right power up, Yoshi inflates like a balloon and you can control what his tongue grabs by pointing with the remote.

 

 

As reported earlier today, Super Mario Galaxy 2 is slated for May 23.

    Super Mario Galaxy 2 looks intense. I noticed a streamlined level selection screenshot earlier; is this the end of the hub?

      I hope so. It should either be one or the other, imo:

      fully-fleshed-out hub, overflowing with secrets and tricks

      or

      simple map

      ….because why waste your time walking around a hub if it’s utterly pointless?

        It’s just in the general batch of screenshots Nintendo sent out. I saw it on both Kotaku and Destructoid.

    Watching that trailer made me feel like a kid again. I don’t know if it’s the music or just the simple gameplay that just makes me think that this is what video games are all about.
