Metal Max 3 Video Has About Ten Seconds Of Gameplay

Kadokawa Games released the first “trailer” of Metal Max 3, which is more like a teaser video. Once you take out all of the corporate logos you’re left with ten seconds of a battle.

 

 

The official site revealed a tiny bit more about Metal Max 3. There is some kind of two player mode and PS2 Arc the Lad developer Cattle Call is handling the game. Metal Max 3 is slated for release this summer.

    Cattle Call?

    I had almost the same feeling reading that name as when I found out that the developer of Konami’s Time Ace was “Trainwreck Studios”.

    wait, they also did Tsugunai?

    This is just too weird.

    At least it looks somewhat better in motion than Metal Saga DS.

    I love when they say “Enter Brain” in the video! xD
    Of the small gameplay footage I did see, I really liked. I shall be keeping my eye on this one and I hope someone picks it up for NA.

    Hahaha! Was the lead character on a bike while the others were running?

      the character sprites/models used on the overworld change depending whether a character is in a vehicle or not (vehicles, primarily tanks, being the major gameplay element of the Metal Max/Saga games – a bit like Xenogears). So does the overworld theme.
