Here’s BlazBlue: Continuum Shift For Consoles

By Spencer . March 12, 2010 . 6:39pm

By now you’ve probably seen a bunch of BlazBlue and BlazBlue: Continuum Shift trailers. This one is a little different, it has μ-12 in it.

Just for a second, though! Fast forward to 0:40 mark to catch her. After that the video introduces tutorial mode, challenge mode, and has a preview of the drama CD.

BlazBlue: Continuum Shift is slated for July 1st in Japan. Since the PSP version of BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger is in stores now we should hear something soon, right?

Can’t wait to get my Hakumen beat down going again.

Also, I wouldn’t consider that even footage of her, it was like 3 frames of content. You see her using some kind of 3C-aerial ability which looks like she utilizes an almost Nu-13 like attack and then you get to see a already released Aksys art. How boring.

rar, is your screen name ElTopo too? I could swear I played you >w<'

My PSN is Shoryoken, I was a Hakumen main
I posted on GFaqs board a while ago as ElTopo however, especially when Blazblue came out

Even Shoryoken is familiar, I might have just seen you in the lobby, I don’t recall having any matches specifically with that name — plus yeah might have noticed your name on gamefaq boards too.

They sure didn’t out do themselves with footage did they >wO>!

Thanks for the free hits to my youtube video lol. There is another PV I have on my page that is better quality though just without all that extra content parts.

Anyone think this will be like SSF4 and sell for 39.99 or think it’ll go for regular 59.99 price?

    • Nite

The Japanese are getting it at full price so we probably will too.

      • jarrodand

Aksys is pretty smart though, I think they may budget it.

And it’s not like this sort of thing would be unprecedented. We didn’t pay full price for VF4 Evo while the Japanese did…

I hope the Continuum Shift release is similar to the original in that the Japanese version contains additional languages. Import get!

Hm. Looks really nice. My u-12 what a big sword you have.

The better to kill you with my dear :)

I can´t wait for this to arrive. I just hope that I have funds to get it.

Wow… only a year later… i give up buying Fighter games, they always release a remake within a year.

Just wait a year… buy last years version this year… repeat! Hey you save lots of money that way and then it doesn’t matter if they release an update every year at $20-30 right?

I do this with sports games… (except for Hockey… I must have Hockey day one!)

    • ElTopo

Seriously? Your complaining about a year later? Be glad the fighting game revival is taking place and you have *anything* to play in this genre.

Should I buy BlazBlue now or wait for Continuum Shift? Will I be missing out on anything if I don’t buy the original release?
