Q Entertainment Having Secret Meetings At GDC

By Spencer . March 12, 2010 . 7:48am

imageBut, not too secret meetings since the studio is talking about them on Twitter. Q Entertainment’s latest status update reads “Successful secret GDC meeting #1 confirmed. Excited about the opportunities ahead!”

While Q Entertainment is active in the iPhone app store with the quirky Q?Pid, we haven’t heard anything about their console games. Years ago Atari said they were publishing QJ for the WII and Project Eden was announced by Ubisoft. No details on either game have been announced.

Hope the “opportunities” lead to an original Q Entertainment title. We haven’t seen one of those in a few years.

    Let’s get away, fly away~

What ever it may be I’ll be looking forawrd to it, although I hope it’s a console based game, too. Not saying that projects like Q?Pid aren’t interesting, but I miss the feeling of playing something like Rez in the wee hours.

I don’t suppose I could hope that it has anything to do with the announced-in-2008 Rock Band Japan? One press release and then it disappeared… which is a shame, as it would have been my first Rock Band game. Back to GFDM, I guess :/
