Knights In The Nightmare Deluxe Pack Comes With These Items

imageWait, there is a Knights in the Nightmare DX pack? Yes, there is! Atlus and Enterbrain put one together for the PSP port.

Here’s what you get for 8,729 yen ($96):

- Knights in the Nightmare for PSP
- Visual fan book
- Art card deck with 12 knights
- Telephone card with an illustration of Maria.

Not bad, until you realize the Knights in the Nightmare visual fan book is more like a brochure since it clocks in at 16 pages. Our Tome of Lost Souls/soundtrack CD combo sure beats that.

That’s a lot of money for some illustrations. A music CD with a selection of high quality tracks (the samples from the site sound much better than the DS music) would have been a cooler idea. But if the game does eventually get to the US, maybe we’re going to get it…

By the way, it seems GTA-style covers are getting really popular nowadays.

      lol indeed…

Think that stuff was happening since Atlus’ Disgaea cover. Atlus just doing it again for this release.

Atlus USA did the Disgaea cover/game before NISA came up to publish NIS games. Atlus Japan is either new to the picture, copy GTA style, or for whatever reason decide to look up their USA branch for a cover picture idea/just copy NIS’s covers.

Actually if you check gamefaqs that cover art was used for the JPN limited edition of Disgaea by Nippon. Atlus just saw it and ran with it I guess.
