These discounts are part of Microsoft’s first “inventory blowout sale” and are available to Gold and Silver Xbox Live members. Here’s a list of games on sale with their original price in parentheses if it’s not 800 ($10).

Age of Booty – 400
Defense Grid: The Awakening – 400
Lumines Live – 400
Mad Tracks – 400
Rocket Riot – 400
Schizoid – 400
South Park: Let’s Go Play Tower Defense Play – 400
Super Street Fighter II HD Remix – 560 (originally 1200)
Track & Field – 240 (originally 400)

This list is different from Japan’s where Ikaruga, Bionic Commando: Rearmed, and R-Type Dimensions are on sale. Some of these games like Wallace & Gromit and Super Street Fighter II HD Remix are not available in Japan.

rar, nice April Fools Microsoft very funny T__T… Also doesn’t Microsoft’s point structure get on anyone else’s nerves, it drives me up a tree because I’m constantly converting it from 800 = points value from points card/total points card value = $10US = actual canadian price paid for points cardd? *rubs head* TmT RAR!

Wow, really? I must have missed that. I saw videos on YouTube (and I think Nico Nico) uploaded by people in Japan and they put their own comments and whatnot on them. I thought they were uploading their own games, but I guess not.

    • Japanese players can play those XBLA titles — they just don’t have sales on Age of Booty/Wallace and Gromit/Super Turbo/etc.

    I wanted Ikaruga. :(
