Here’s Deathsmiles II Running On An Xbox 360

While we’re just about to get Deathsmiles, Japan is waiting for Deathsmiles IIX, an Xbox 360 port of the arcade game slated for May 27. Cave’s shooter sequel has six characters and pig chefs to shoot.

Take a look Winda blasting through a stage.

This is what you can look forward to… if Deathsmiles does well when it launches in June. Tipster John from Ubiquitous Gaming *really* wants everyone to pre-order and pinged us as soon as Amazon started accepting pre-orders. You can reserve the limited edition here. So far, Aksys hasn’t announced a game-only release.

I like using Capser the most when I play Deathsmiles. Her abilities suit my playing style the most.

Also the idea of an evil Santa Claus as a boss still amuses me.

  • Way too much going on for me to keep track of… ack!

I was checking on Amazon everyday and just ordered too. I still think the 3D looks rather odd and cheap in Deathsmiles II, and don’t like the new chibi look..

  • Thanks again, Spencer for the Ubiquitous Gaming plug! I hope Aksys and Cave get some great support for this release. I am glad siliconera has a great eye for games. Every time I visit the site I feel all nostalgic from when I lived in Japan. Great vibe going on here!!
