Atlus IPs For Social Games? Sure, Why Not.

imageAnother tidbit from Index Holding’s interim report is they plan to expand casual game development in the second half of this fiscal year. That’s March 1 to August 31, 2010 in plain English.

Atlus is roped into this plan. See the funnel which yields high quality casual games for social network services and portal sites? Atlus game design “know how” and Atlus intellectual properties (quality and confidence) are swept up in it.

Jack Frost-book? Persona Mobile Mixi? Imagine the possibilities, and more importantly for Atlus extra exposure to their titles.

You mean we level our Social Links in real time now? :P
I could see something like that integrated in Persona 5. Wonder what they could do with Trauma Center and Etrian Odyssey, though.
