Remember the “Mario in MySpace” parodies? One of the writers behind that is starting The Devastator, a new quarterly comic book with pop culture and video game satire.
A review of “Tetris: The Animated Series” is in the first issue, which pokes fun at 80’s video game cartoons and, of course, Tetris. Other contributors in the yet-to-be released comic about cartoons include a piece from James Urbaniak, one of the writers of the “Venture Bros.” and a comic of Victorian-era Inspector Gadget.
