E3 2010: The Floor Map

By Spencer . May 12, 2010 . 12:40am

Being only a few weeks away, the ESA released a floor map of E3. Here’s the show at a glance.

Wow… Atlus has a really small booth in West Hall. Scratch that, they only have a meeting room this year. Over in South Hall, Square Enix is eclipsing Koei Tecmo. Remember when they tried to buy Tecmo? D3 Publisher isn’t on the map because they’re inside Namco Bandai’s booth, which seems pretty small compared to past years.

I’m more interested in seeing the Namco Bandai booth, asking them about a certain singing and dancing game. D3′s in there with them? Oooh! …yeah, right, as if I’m gonna there – but I can think it!

      :(

Heh, OK I’ll ask around. :)

Alright, now we can have a “talk” directly with namco bandai.

And lol, Sony is bigger than nintendo, pwned xD

    • vrakanox

You gonna be there? I was thinking about having a talk with them.

      • http://thrust-the-sky.deviantart.com/ WildArms

Can’t be there, sadly D:, but i have to at least go to an E3 in the coming years, but seriously if i could go, i would just go and ask namco wth is happening to the tales of games =/

    • CrimsonFlamesX

Let Bamco have it! Scream it in their ears!!!

      Please :]

    • Hraesvelgr

Nintendo is wider than Sony, though.

But what will you note more in a expo style boot? I think being longer is better in this cases

      How old are you…

People normally give their age before asking somebody else’s age

Im just asking because that comment was childish as hell. Unless its /sarcasm but I doubt it.

  • malek86

For a moment, I thought that was the Siliconera booth.

4532 Is where teh awesome will be. 4900 is where ill be for the entire event beastifying MVC3.

    • Hraesvelgr

What will be awesome at 4532? I had to double check, but that’s just Sony’s room.

There are rumors about a PSP2. Though I don’t believe it. Sony will probably make the whole conference centered on 3D gaming, so I’ll be snoozing throughout all of it, because you can’t see 3D in a video streaming.Nintendo’s should be more interesting, what with the 3DS or whatever it’s called. Zelda Wii too, except I don’t care about Zelda, unless they make it like WInd Waker.Microsoft… what will MS show? Natal, probably. Meh. Hopefully something else too.In the end, this looks to be a relatively poor E3 for me. If it weren’t for the 3DS, I could care less, and just skip to the announcements.

  • vrakanox

Ah and there’s Square Enix nestled ever so softly behind Microsoft and Activision :3

  • Nekobo

Atlus had a decently sized booth last year, though they used a lot of it to display a bunch of MMORPGs that nobody really cared about. I still have my Trauma Team sticker from last year’s show. :) I think NIS America had the smallest exhibit last year, a wall that only had Mana Khemia 2 and A Witch’s Tale. I wonder if they’ll have something bigger this year since they have more games coming down the pipeline.

I’m looking forward to going this year to see the 3DS. I’ll definitely pester Namco-Bandai about Vesperia. :)

    • http://www.siliconera.com Spencer

Yeah I remember that too. NIS was really nestled in Tecmo Koei’s area with Badman 2 tucked into Atlus’ booth.

You’re right about the space being used for Atlus Online, but they had quite a few games too… Persona, Devil Survivor, Trine, Droplitz, Shiren, the Trauma Team couch area and so forth.

YEAH DUDE! You are our ps3 protector, go pest them all day for Vesperia!

Im surprised the MS area is so small. Hell MTV games is about the same size. Disney has a good sized booth as well hope they show off a good amount of Epic Mickey
