imageMicrosoft has another mammoth collector’s edition fit for a bookshelf. Their Fable III package looks like a book, but has a game, playing cards with every kind of Fable III character, and a good/evil guild seal token -ideal when big decisions for your kingdom come down to a flip of a coin.

The collector’s edition also includes bonus game content. A downloadable ticket gives players access to an exclusive region and a quest in the haunted forest of Silverpines where the Wolfsbane sword can be found. This blade is effective against wolves and balverines. An extra dog breed, the Boxer, and two unique outfits (one male, one female) in Aurora are also included.

Xbox 360 owners can get the Fable III collector’s edition for $79.99. A vanilla game will retail for $59.99 on Xbox 360 and $49.99 on PCs.

Hey. This reminds me of the PC Adventure Game ‘Fable’ that had a box shaped like a book.

I’m surprised this is actually coming out on PC.

Wait, why is THIS one getting released on PC when they were too damn lazy to give us Fable 2?
