Hero Prinny Saves The Day In La Pucelle Ragnarok

By Spencer . May 28, 2010 . 7:40am

imageNippon Ichi just put another downloadable character for La Pucelle Ragnarok on the PlayStation Store. Hero Prinny from Prinny 2: Dawn of the Great Pantsu War found his way into the PSP game.

The scarf wearing Prinny brings all of his special attacks too. You can use his ground pounding hip attack and Prinny rapid fire moves in battle.

Like Ellie from the Marl Kingdom games, Hero Prinny is a free DLC. All you need is a Japanese PlayStation Store account to access the download.

For La Pucelle Ragnarok or Prinny 2? I’ll take either. Or both.

O_O O_O! Wait what!? I thought the Hero Prinny was already in the game… Siliconera EXPLAIN NAO:

You’re right, Dengeki released a code to unlock him. Nippon Ichi also put up Hero Prinny DLC on the PlayStation Store today. It might be for the same character, after all!

Okay… Now I’m confused. So you can unlock him via a code or download him from PSN? What’s the point?

Prinny 2, yes. La Pucelle, no.

If I wanted to play the poorly made La Pucelle then I’d play the PS2 version.

can you put the ps2 in your pocket? or take it with you when you go to the toiler? i guess not

Well you can always put a TV and PS2 in to your restroom… But I guess that’s highly unlikely. Anyway I want them both(never really started La Pucelle on PS2 and now that it is on PSP I rather wait and see if it gets localized before continuing the PS2 version)

Just technically saying I’d rather not play La Pucelle at all. But if I did play it I’d play the version I already own instead of buying another copy of it, considering I hate how boring the NIS tactical RPG gameplay is.
