Busou Shinki: Battle Masters Is A Bit Like Virtual On

Konami’s Busou Shinki: Battle Masters trailer may surprise you. They took their collection of customizable battle princesses and made a Virtual On-esque game with them.

In this game, Busou Shinki fight in 3D arenas armed with three weapons, each mapped to a different face button. Busou Shinki: Battle Masters lets players fight alone or in a tag match with a partner and has a boatload of parts to equip.

Busou Shinki: Battle Masters is for PSP and scheduled for release on July 15.

  • hehe the face that appears in a square in the middle of the battle is funny

Never had a great interest in Busou Shinki (the screw-joints always feel a bit odd, and the proportions too), but this is pretty interesting – Virtual-On style battles with extensive customization sounds too good to pass up. Only thing is, the action looks a bit jerky and disjointed – like there aren’t any cancel-type moves – which makes me a bit leery. Will wait for reviews to pop up.

That looks kinda cool, actually! Maybe I’ll import!
…could use some battle music though.

  • If I can play as Eukrante I’m more than happy

    *blows dust off his Eukrante*

  • I did play some like Virtual one on pc and they are actually preety fun. I would like to import this one, it seems good to me.
