imageMaybe. Sega trademarked Mad Dragon for use with video games.

We’re not sure what it could be for, though. A Madworld sequel? The director said he was interested in making one.

A North American name for Black Panther? That last one is a bit of a stretch since the series is called Yakuza here and not Like A Dragon as it’s named in Japan. Just a personal wild guess. What’s yours?

Mad Dragon seems an unlikely name for a Madworld sequel, it sounds out of character…

Hehe… this is what I thought too. I’m about to break down and import 7th Dragon, I’ll wait through E3 in the slim hope someone localizes it.

As for Mad Dragon, if it’s Ryu ga Gotoku related, maybe it’s a US name for Kenzan! Would make sense to title it something other than “Yakuza”, since it’s not about modern Yakuza. They’d have to call it something different, right?

Mad world spiritual sequel but with a Dragon main character in a very violence fantasy medieval world.

  • Wouldn’t it be Maddragon if it was a Madworld sequel?
