3DTV patches for Super Stardust HD and Wipeout HD will be available for free. Sony is also putting a stereoscopic 3D demo of MotorStorm: Pacific Rift on the PlayStation Store and some Pain DLC. Namco Bandai also has Invincible Tiger: The Legend of Han Tao, but that’s about it.
Later this year, 3DTV owners will get a stereoscopic punch in the face from The Fight: Lights Out. When this PlayStation Move street fighting game comes out it will have support for 3DTVs on disc.
But, that’s in the future. The four games Bravia 3DTV owners will get access to via codes are: Super Stardust HD, Wipeout HD, Pain, and the MotorStorm: Pacific Rift demo. Sony’s Bravia KDL-40HX800 costs the least at a pre-sale price of $2,100. The 40-inch TV supports full HD (1920x1080p) and supports 3D content in 1080p. You’ll need to purchase glasses and a sync transmitter separately to view that though.
