CastlevaniaHD_04The Belmonts are having a family reunion on Xbox 360. Castlevania: Harmony of Despair, an Xbox 360 game, brings together the vampire hunters from the Castlevania series in a single 2D side scroller. Players can hunt Dracula together in an online cooperative story mode or hunt each other in survival mode.

Koji Igarashi, best known for his work on Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, designed this downloadable Castlevania game. Ah, so this is what Igarashi has been quietly working on since Castlevania: Judgement.

Look for Castlevania: Harmony of Despair this summer when Microsoft releases it during their Summer of Arcade.

This smells of half-arsed. In the bottom-left screenshot, notice the difference in pixelation between Charlotte/Johnathan and Alucard. It’s like they were all taken straight from their respective games.

      They definitely were.

It looks that way but i still want it, to bad i don’t have an 360 anymore why do they always give PSN the shaft especially when it comes to these games.

I was gonna say… how on earth could you see that much detail in the lower-left screen, but then I realized you must’ve been talking about the lower-right. XD

  • So is this a confirmed 360 exclusive or have Konami not said for sure yet?

  • I hope this comes out for the PSN. Looks interesting.
