Marvel revealed two more characters from the Marvel vs. Capcom 3 roster. Amaterasu from Okami and Thor, the star of an upcoming film, are confirmed for the crossover fighter.

    I was really expecting Leon to show up instead of Chris Redfield I was mighty disappointed that is unless he is a secret character which I may doubt.

    Well i also hope they do away with giant characters in this one. Sure they can be fun to play with but they don't have as much depth to them

    I'm a huge Repede fan and I am waiting for August to get those killer Tales of Vesperia statues but I am only interested in getting Repede.

    Leon completely slipped my mine. The TvC list the devs made of characters they wanted was great and in the NA version we got none of the good ones. Leon, Pheonix, and Nero. Leon is way more popular than Chris and Pheonix would be awesome instead of TWO DMC characters. Plus they're gonna rehash Viewtiful Joe and Frank West which were lame in TvC. Needless to say MvC3 is already shaping up to be a disappointment. =/

    I dig Thor, even though Marvel's Thor is a tad too heroic and has way too much emphasis on Mjölnir. I think Henning Kure's Valhalla-comics version of the red-headed, prideful god with violent mood-swings are the version resembling the sagas the best.

    Quite the guardian of games and the opinions upon these, hm? I refer to the Tactics Ogre-post which I replied to you on prior to this. I do not mean to be offensive mind you, I am actually slightly amused by this. Anyway. Though Valhalla vs Capcom is as you point out not the case in being, that is a concept I totally dig. I would buy that game.
