Finger Twirls Are Deadly In Dodonpachi Resurrection

By Spencer . August 9, 2010 . 6:39pm

Dodonpachi Resurrection, an iPhone port of DoDonPachi Dai-Fukkatsu, has two modes. Arcade mode looks like what you would expect from a Cave shooter. It’s the arcade game in your pocket. iPhone mode, literally, has a twist.

Players can spray bullets by touching their ship and spinning it with a finger. Cave developer “Masa KING” calls the attack “Spin-spin-pachi Resurrection!!”.

ARGGHH I think my heart just broke! Whyy only on iphonee T_T! rar, I think there’s a division at Cave and G.Rev specifically assigned to see what business decisions can be made, that will crush my little heart the most.

It may be good for killing some time in school, although It still may be a little uncomfortable to play it seriously.

Nice! Espgaluda II on iPod remains one of the best games of the year for me.

Cannot wait to get my hands (fingers?) on this. Espgaluda 2 was really awesome and this looks mental.

Obscure important portions of the screen at any angle you choose. That sounds like a selling point to me.

Espgaluda II on the iPhone is fantastic, so obviously I’m looking forward to this one. Day 1 purchase for sure, especially if they do like they did with Espgaluda II and have a early purchase discount.
