Front Mission Evolved Trailer Asks You To Pick A Wanzer

Square Enix put together a super trailer of sorts for Front Mission Evolved by linking over a dozen movies with a fancy Flash menu. You start by picking a Wanzer, then arms, and finally a mission.

 

It’s almost like a choose your own adventure (that you can’t loose) with exploding Wanzers.

    rar, god damnit, the wanzers, they be rollin’ just like Front Mission 3, that just melts my heart <3! Story mode doesn't interest me to much, but potentially online play might sell this for me if I hear good things. I know Double Helix has a meager reputation, but I'm waiting and watching, I've been craving a grounded mech game, and this seems like it has potential.

    too bad the enemy wanzers explode so… unsatisfactory

    Was a wee bit disappointed when they announced this version wouldn’t be a turn-based tactical game, but the bits they’ve shown so far look decent. The game play from that trailer looks a bit like Transformers WfC to me, which could was a fun game.
