No Tactics Ogre Limited Edition PSP Or BundleSquare Enix has a habit of bundling PSP games with limited edition hardware in Japan. Used game stores have Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, and Dissidia: Final Fantasy PSPs behind glass cases. Even Star Ocean: First Departure had a collectable console.

 

Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together wont.

 

Responding to fan questions over Twitter, the Tactics Ogre account posted a message, “We received many inquiries about a PSP bundle, limited edition. At the present time there are no plans. Sorry.

 

Tetsuya Nomura said The 3rd Birthday is in the same boat since it there are no plans for an Aya themed  hardware bundle either.

    I hope that Square Enix would have one outside of Japan for a change. Besides, I want more PSP LE options beside Miku Hatsune.

    Boo, I’m still using my PSP 1000, but I would have sprung for a Tactics Ogre themed PSP for an upgrade.

    Not surprised, I doubt these are cheap to make in low quantities and I can’t see them selling more than a few thousand to collectors, fans, and maybe some random people who need to upgrade/buy a new console.
