Romancing SaGa 3 And Shin Megami Tensei II Head To Virtual Console

imageJapan has a short, but sweet Virtual Console lineup for September. Shin Megami Tensei II and Romancing SaGa 3 are on deck. The final game in the Super Famicom SaGa series costs a a standard 800 Wii Points ($8). Shin Megami Tensei II, on the other hand, carries a premium price of 900 Wii Points ($9).


Capcom has a handful of arcade games lined up for Virtual Console too. SonSon and Exed Exes are slated for digital re-release along with Super Hang On from Sega.

    Do want EU virtual console release for SMT2! Somehow! Make it happen!

  • Too bad neither of these will see light outside Japan. Far too text heavy, and having never been officially translated for international releases, we’ll never see these in the States (nor will Europe for that matter).

      On a random note, SMT1&2 have already been translated in english for like 6 years.

    I’d love a chance to play both of these games. Short of learning Japanese though, I don’t think that’s going to happen. :(
