Square Enix opened up a site for Tokyo Game Show ‘10 and right now it doesn’t have any surprises. Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together, Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, and The 3rd Birthday will be playable for the first time at the show.

Here’s a list of games Square Enix confirmed will be in their booth.

Front Mission Evolved
Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded
Lord of Arcana
Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together
Call of Duty: Black Ops (video only)
Deus Ex: Human Revolution (video only)
The 3rd Birthday
Mindjack
Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light
Final Fantasy XIV (video only)
Final Fantasy XI (video only)
Final Fantasy Legends: Warriors of Light and Darkness
Fallout: New Vegas
Craft Mama
Babysitter Mama
Motto! Stitch! DS

SaGa 3, which was semi-announced through early scans, is missing. Hajime Tabata tweeted about a TGS trailer for Final Fantasy Agito XIII too. Seems like Square Enix has more to announce. In addition to games, attendees will get to play with Square Enix’s digital manga service.

It looks like a solid lineup to me, but people are bound to complain anyway. Does SE Japan have a relationship with Bethesda as a publisher like they do Ubisoft? Or perhaps SE is just showing New Vegas for Bethesda? Because everything I’m reading shows that Bethesda is still publishing New Vegas in Japan.

It’s their “partner company”, seems like some company rent bigger area than what they need and rent it again to other companies. Like how Atlus and Falcom booth is hosted in Konami booth

I guess of what is listed, Kingdom Hearts is interesting, and I guess I want to see MindJack in action

I still don’t know what to make of Mind Jack still seems odd.

    lara croft? tomb raider o_o?

    • [The Hunter] Doomrider

The Guardian of Light. In case you don’t know/remember, SE acquired Eidos a few months back, that’s why it’s there!

All I see is a list of games that have delayed Versus and are taking up time that could be used to show a decent trailer. Come on Craft/Babysitting Mama?! lol I guess it’s not all that bad though. It all rests on this the trailer for Versus/Agito for me if it really will “make me shake” then I’ll let them off haha

    • Ereek

The Mama titles are there because SE publishes Ubisoft’s games in Japan.

Only thing I’m even slightly excited for is The 3rd Birthday and Dues Ex.

  • P4ine

Wow, only The 3rd birthday seems to be interesting at all. And that little trailer thing featuring Agito and Versus, of course.

  • ShinNoKami

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light?

….why did this sound like some strange Harry Potter/Final Fantasy crossover to me? Except it’s an AU where Lara Croft goes to Hogwarts and meets the Warrior of Light in an epic battle to save the magical world using the five crystals.

they should release agito and Vs already
although i don’t like how they changed aya personality they made her look kinda weak
