imageNamco Bandai is bringing one of their biggest properties to the iPhone with three Gundam apps. Two of them are games. SD Gundam G Generation Touch is a simulation game where players move units with the touch screen.

Gundam Fighting Spirits is a fighting game. You can set up fights such as Gundam vs. Zeong and Gundam vs. Strike Gundam. Gundam Fighting Spirits supports bluetooth connectivity for multiplayer battles.

There’s also the Gundam Toolbox –RX-78-2 Cockpit ver.- app, which changes the phone’s interface to look like the RX-78-2’s cockpit.

These Gundam apps will be at Namco Bandai’s booth next to Taiko no Tatsujin Plus, an iPhone version of Taiko no Tatsujin.

Is there anyway to legally buy these using the US itunes or am I screwed? I would love to get all three of these and the Taiko game. Man Japan is lucky. We get the shovelware on the iPhone while they get legit stuff like this.

Considering I have a Japanese Ultraman Pinball game on my iPod Touch I’d say yes

  • I swear, if they decide to release this in in English, I’m going to erupt.

    No Gundam love for consoles

Huh, I have no idea how to take this game, honestly. I have to say though, it has high standards to live up to, since I used to play Gundam Battle Assault 2, and that game was fantastic

I used to play Wing Gundam Endless Waltz for SNES

      Wait I still do

On my Wii and DS :P
