Aya Pilots Helicopters And Drives Tanks In The 3rd Birthday

By Spencer . September 24, 2010 . 2:33pm

The 3rd Birthday has vehicles for Aya to use. Square Enix’s Tokyo Game Show open theater trailer shows the one woman army flying a helicopter and driving a tank. In the tank scene, Aya appears to use her overdive ability to take over the mind and body of the soldier inside.

The end of the movie gives us a glimpse of Eve, Aya’s twin sister, who passes right through Aya’s body…

Since when was Eve Aya’s twin sister?

    • Maya is the second Eve.

Eve was “adopted” by Aya at the end of PE2 and on official documents Eve is her twin sister “no questions asked” (watch PE2 ending with texts). I believe it was Rupert who pulled the strings for the fake documents. And remember, Aya’s memories are sketch in this game so Aya might really think that Eve is her twin sister.

Aye, I forgot all about Parasite Eve 2. For some reason I was thinking that the events in that game were going be ignored. : |

  • Either the neighborhoods of New York are more famous than I thought or the script was written in English first because I didn’t think the Japanese knew the location of Spanish Harlem.

more famous than you thought (West Side Story, & countless other movies over the years etc NYC is full of history worldwide )
Plus don forget the 1st PE game had all kind of landmark areas…which so far I dont see yet in this game and I hope they are there…

Hope the tanks aren’t just “stationary mounts”. Hope you can actually control their movement.

I think it is said in their twitter site that the “LONG” closed theater version will be posted sometime next week. The 5 minute version of this in HD will be super eye-gasm! It has that awesome CGI where Aya looks like a real person and get’s whacked to the end of the room by the Twisted!

uh, Eve is actually a clone of Aya who was adopted as Aya’s little sister. Aya DID have a twin (Maya) but she died more than ten years before the first game even started. Square’s handling of this franchise is getting me worried
