Grasshopper Manufacture is packing first print copies of No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle with an Erotica Comic. The 28 page book includes illustrations from Shigeto Koyama (weapon designer for No More Heroes), Mari Shimazaki (Bayonetta artist), Wada Rco (Fate/Extra character designer), and more.

The comic has an original story, but also acts as a summary of No More Heroes… with sexy scenes. Don’t be so surprised, Marvelous’ promotional item is living up to its name.

So….Is there going to be a translated version???

    • ryne11

A Scanlation at best. I mean, Ubisoft couldn’t even translate the comic manual and even when the posted the first one on the internet, they censored it. I won’t hold my breath

      • Yeah, when I bought the Japanese version of the first game I was surprised to find a cool comic book! :)

I think this one will do a bit better than the original.

wow, the cover for the Jpn regular version is very nice, much much better than the US cover just like the first game, too bad the blood is censored and no Jpn dub unlike Paradise.. this should be coming out on the PS3 later w/ Move right? Just want the comic, I would prefer the first artist to do all the 28 pages though instead of multiple artists. But not worth importing just for the book..

    • I like that cover too! I’m not sure if the Hopper’s Edition cover is different or not.

I hate you Japan, I hate you!

  • They havent announced the game for the powerful consoles yet have they (or even the first game for english language release?)

I didnt know it had a designer from Bayonetta, maybe I should check it out.

I believe Heroes Paradise is being brought to Europe by Konami for PS3 with MOVE control added

    • It didn’t. Bayonetta artist has artwork in the 28 page book. Also, while I see you probably don’t like the Wii (based on your “powerful consoles” comment), No More Heroes was made for the Wii and takes advantage of that. It’s no where near as good on the PS3 & Xbox 360… even with Sony’s lame Wiimote you still miss out on cool cell phone calls. ;)

      • Surprisingly, I have the Wii No More Heroes 1, the game hooked me from the start, and I love the cell phone calls, lol, awesome implementation…of course I was bitter that the day after I bought NMH1 they announced the PS3 version overseas…an “awesome” way to devalue a product the day I buy it :(

    i want it

  • I can’t wait to get my Hopper’s Edition!!! Ahhh!!!

How does weapon design fit into an erotica comic?

    Oh wait. Never mind.
