G. Rev Quietly Cancels Senko No Ronde Dis-United Order DLC

By Spencer . September 27, 2010 . 12:41am

imageBefore developer G. Rev brought Senko no Ronde Dis-United Order to Xbox 360 they announced downloadable side stories. The game came out in May and the DLC episodes with Mieze and Phllomena followed in June. Another set of downloadable content, a G.S.O. compilation and sound selection, was released in July.

At the end of August, G. Rev posted in blog, discovered by Hachimaki, that DLC plans have been halted. The chief reason why is the episodes are unprofitable with respect to the creation costs. G. Rev apologized to fans and said they hope to distribute the sub-story episodes in another way.

Senko no Ronde Dis-United Order has not been announced for North America at this time.

That’s strange I would think that’s easy DLC since they just use anime stills + voices.. haven’t finished the main game yet, I like the story mode and thank god one could adjust the difficulty after dying, otherwise some battles are way too hard.

rarrr, my J360 still isn’t in stock yet T_T I’m so disheartened by how long it’s taking Play Asia! Oh snap, there slowly dismantling my game before I can even play it! I think I have the free DLC downloaded already though. And chances are the pay DLC wouldn’t be much good to me what with the fact I can’t read it.

How long has it been since it’s shipped? P-A could be slow sometimes. I have not had any lost orders except one time the Dream Club guide was lost and they gave me store credit, and now it’ll go to Last Story I think :)

I later realized those free DLCs weren’t really free DLCs, they were just introducing what is to come if one’s paying for the upcoming DLCs lol, and now they’re canned..

WAIT! I haven’t imported it, yet! Don’t kill DLC, NOW!

  • Boo! I just ordered a Japanese 1400 MS Points card! After I buy the original Senko no Ronde DLC, what else can I buy!? :(
