Second Trinity: Souls Of Zill O’ll Demo Goes Live On Thursday

By Spencer . November 8, 2010 . 1:41pm

image Tecmo Koei made two demos of Trinity: Souls of Zill O’ll, a RPG created by Dynasty Warriors developer Omega Force. This one sounds more comprehensive than the Tokyo Game Show trial version since it has a town with shops to explore plus an adventurer’s guild where you can get quests.

The upcoming Trinity: Souls of Zill O’ll demo contains exclusive quests. Explore Zeguna Mines and the Cave of Shirasu, a dungeon area that Tecmo Koei brought to E3. It’s almost like E3 in November, but inside your home with a trio of Koei created warriors.

Look for the Trinity: Souls of Zill O’ll demo on PlayStation Network on November 11. Tecmo Koei plans on releasing Trinity: Souls of Zill O’ll in North America, but after November 25 debut in Japan.

  • Oh I hope it is fun. This game excited me when it was first released.

I hope that they do pick a date to release it in North America in which it wont be crowded with other RPGs releasing in the Spring (Dungeon Seige III, Mass Effect 2, Dragon Age 2, Ar Tonelico Qoga, Hyperdimension Neptunia, unless this game will somehow release in America in 2010!) (wow so many RPGs just at the start of next year, lol, epic year for powerful consoles)

One was already up (on JP PSN I assume).

I’m looking forward to this next demo, the first one wasn’t very impressive in my opinion.

Had a lot of fun with the first demo once I got the hang of things. Will definitely check this out.

  • I’m guessing the November 11th date is for the Japanese PSN, right?

    By Siliconera’s comments. Yes

The final demo window comes to North America (or Europe) when the japanese retail version debuts.

  • I have high hopes for this game. The demo was so much fun.

I found the demo to be rather generic. The game seems like a “template” game, i.e. the kind that mid-level developers churn out. Maybe I’ve just been spoiled by playing Vanquish or Lords of Shadow, but the graphics in particular were really uninspired and plain…
