Sackboy’s Prehistoric Moves Being Made For PlayStation Move?

By Spencer . November 10, 2010 . 12:42pm

In Australia, the Classification Board rated Sackboy’s Prehistoric Moves. Supermassive and Media Molecule are the developers, according to the submission. Sony Computer Entertainment sent the application.

We’re guessing this will be a PlayStation Move game, but not just because the word "move" is part of the title. Supermassive has been working extensively with Sony’s motion controller. The studio completed Start the Party for launch and developed the block turning game Tumble.

Anyone interested in a motion controlled game with Sackboy and (hopefully) dinosaurs?

Wait a second… I’m confused. Is this a DLC pack/ add-on for LBP2 or its own separate game without the need for LBP2?

    • Good question, but we don’t have an answer. The CB rating says its going to be on a “DVD” so perhaps a separate game?

Interesting. Not a question, but I wonder what kind of game it’ll be… a spin-off like Ape Escape Move, perhaps…

        • I have a feeling it’ll be some kind of party game.

  • I would love anything with Sackboy in it!

So far, so good. Fingers crossed.

  • Just wanted to note that you said Supermassive is developing Tumble even though it’s already out (it was a Move launch game for the PSN).

    • Noted. Thanks for the correction. I was following Japan’s launch where its a 2011 game called Tsumiki Bloq.
