Loveable Zombie Has A Dash Of Harvest Moon

By Spencer . November 11, 2010 . 3:02pm

Chunsoft’s zombie game, Loveable Zombie, is part real-time strategy and part Harvest Moon. In the farm part, players plant seeds that sprout items to strengthen the zombies. As the trailer explains, the zombies were originally farmers who turned into zombies after coming into contact with a mysterious gas.

The action part appears to be like other Nintendo DS real-time strategy games. You select groups of zombies by drawing circles and then a line to direct them. Players have quests to complete and enemies to overrun with an adorable living dead army.

Loveable Zombie comes out on January 20, 2011 in Japan.

    I like the fact it reminds me of Dead Rising, Harvest Moon, Mother 3, and Pikmin all at the same time >w<;

    Cutest zombie game ever. I’d willingly be infected.

    I know there are more. These are two of the recent games that have a lot of time and effort put into actual production but no effort put into spelling the title properly.

    English text in the trailer….so that means chunsoft is at least thinking of getting this game localized, right? Looks adorable x3
