imageGood news, everyone! Rockin’ Android is bringing Acceleration of Suguri-X to PlayStation 3 and it’s more than a direct port.

Developer Orange_Juice made some visual tweaks and added content to the shoot ’em up meets fighter hybrid. Details about new features will be announced at a later date.

Acceleration of Suguri-X is slated for release in early 2011.

Heads up shooter fans, we’re going to post more Rockin’ Android news throughout the week plus the reader Q&A as part of "Thankshootergiving".

    best news today

    Interesting news.

But why not bring the whole SUGURI PC pack? I mean, they already did it once with Gundemonium Collection, why not give us all the three games this time, too?

    • Guest

Yeah, I would prefer the whole thing. Especially if it came with the OST. The PC “Perfect Edition” does seem a little more perfect despite this release having a few additions to X.

    • PurpleDoom

It does seem kinda weird considering that we got the whole Gundemonium package and Qlione as well as its sequel, but that we’re just getting one game from the Suguri package. Perhaps they’re just announcing the others later?

  • doubletaco

    I’d prefer Senko 2.

On PS3 so I can import it.

    • Code

rar, I really prefer Senko over Suguri, but I’m still really excited with Suguri making it to PS3 >w<'

I’ve been waiting for this since day one of Rockin’ Android and PSN announcement.

  • Code

rar, finally >w<' Consider it sold!

For those who liked the boss fights in Crescent Pale Mist should love Sugari.

Thx for the heads up I really hope RA will tell us PC gamers where we stand. Ild rather know that theres gonna be no more PC games in the future rather then been kept in the dark and seeing ps3 after ps3 games come out.

    • Amen. It’s like team games. Want to beat the 360? Tag along with the rest for terrible, terrible damage. But, as a PC user, I know we are usually the bottom of the barrel, the “crappy ports” dump, or the last to get everything (sometimes this can be good, look at how Oblivion/Fallout 3 are alive and kicking with mods) but sometimes the waiting can be worth it. Shatter and Beat Hazard on PC are awesome.

So, I’m trying to stay positive and hoping we might get CPM later on (probably in the first months of 2011) and Sora (because by now I’m pretty sure Sora is coming) localised for PS3/PC. When you lose hope, that is the true game over.

  • DAMMIT. I just bought SUGURI Perfect Edition too! Oh well, at least I have the soundtracks (which is what I really wanted).
