MonkeyPaw games picked up distribution rights for Dezaemon Plus, which is like the Mario Paint of vertical scrolling shooters. Players can design levels, sprites, bosses, and music to make that Einhander sequel Squaresoft forgot about. Once you create a shooter you can share it with people who own Dezaemon Plus by uploading the save file on to the internet. Maybe we can set up a little community for this. Anyone interested?
Blockids, the other import game from MonkeyPaw this week, is Breakout with perspective shifting (you can switch the camera for behind the paddle action) and a mermaid (she’s one of the selectable characters).
Each game costs $5.99 on PlayStation Network. Both will be available tomorrow.
