The Prinny 2 Pre-Order Bonus Japan Didn’t Get

By Spencer . December 6, 2010 . 10:23pm

imageReserve Prinny 2: Dawn of Operation Panties, Dood! and you’ll get a trinket with your UMD. NIS America is giving away Asagi pins to people who pre-order the game from their online store.

Asagi, well Prinny Asagi, is a playable character in Prinny 2. She has her own storyline and style of play in Asagi Wars where she battles other versions of Asagi. Check out Laura’s playtest for more information about the shooter style levels.

Prinny 2: Dawn of Operation Panties, Dood! is slated for release in January.

rar, I saw these earlier >ww<' This is nice, but the panties from the Etna's Secret contest would have been a way more cool bonus item.

    • Kris

I think it would be awkward if you preordered the game from a brick-and-mortar store…
“Don’t mind me folks! Just picking up my Japanese game that came with a pair of custom ladies underwear!”

      • Code

I suppose now that I’m on the opposite side of the counter, the notion of handing panties out for a preorder would be hilarious, but likely only until the end of my shift and then having to turn around and buy my copy from my boss, I don’t think she’d approve opo; But still you gotta think about the pure win and hilarity of it >w<; Still this preorder is just for there online store any way right, my vote is still pro-panties, that seems embarrassment free~!

      • M’iau M’iaut

Well, early box sets of Najca Blitz Tactics shipped with a pair of small white ones.

      • But, Kris, who is to say that THEY are the ones who are crazy, by hiding the face of madness in society?!

No one has ever gave me that look for anything, but if they did I’d do what Shaft did when some guy asked him, “Hey, where the hell are you going, Shaft?”.

  • ChaosPaladinFayt

woah… instant win. however, the bonus COULD be a little better than a pin, no?

  • I wish this was available from some other store as well and I would so preorder. But there is no way I am paying $10 for shipping to get the game a month after it comes out just for a trinket (at least that is how my previous experiences with the nis store have gone). I know they are a smaller company, but there is no reason they can’t have timely shipping with reasonable prices :/

    • I agree, the cost of shipping really ruins the thought of buying from the store unless its so nice edition of the game (Artbook plus soundtrack or something). I only bought from the store once when D2:DHD included a prinny plush.

      • Testsubject909

        I want a prinny plush…

Then I’d want to toss it at the face of my friends, see if it explodes.

And be disappointed whenever it doesn’t.

  • nyoron

Eh, I would have bit if they had included the actual Prinny Asagi plushie but I’ll save some money and just get the game from Amazon.

  • Arcm

I preordered right away. I’m an Asagi fanboy….. don’t judge me

  • shion16

    hamana hamana hamana!

  • evilmoogle

meh, the previous pre-order was far better, prinny game(first one)prinny hero plushie psp prinny poucha CD with music = was like 45 euro’s? includes shippingbut this game + pin for $43.75 (€32,80) includes shipping.not sure wanting it.

    • ChaosPaladinFayt

wait what? this game is $38 including shipping. i just checked it.

      • evilmoogle

I live in Europe so shipping is like 5 dollars extra.

        • ChaosPaladinFayt

yea, shipping for NA is 8.01 according to NISA so……. 29.99 + 8.01 in NA is 38. If EU is 5, then its more inexpensive.

          • 8$ is awfully pricey for shipping, though I hope thats not because I have been spoiled by Amazon Prime shipping.

          • ChaosPaladinFayt

$8 was from the official NISA site.

          • ChaosPaladinFayt

if u wanted the asagi pin, that is.

          • evilmoogle

            Not sure if you really understood.But just to be sure.shipping to EU is $13.76 + the game = $43.75no offense intended.just to be sure. :}

Edit: in the end i did order it… i’m such a sucker D:<

          • ChaosPaladinFayt

oh ok, u meant 5 dollars on top of the 8. ok that makes more sense. my bad for misunderstanding

          • The shippings not worth it unless it was the Plush. But I think when I bought D2:DHD the shipping wasnt that much (they even sent where it arrived by release date).

I wanted the ZHP sticker but the shipping couldnt justify it, oh I need to start that game (its easier than P3P?)

          • ChaosPaladinFayt

regarding whether or not ZHP is easier than P3P, that honestly depends on the person. Do you like rogue games? or turn based games? or both? If you are ok with dealing with frustration ( ie losing everything that isnt in ur inventory bank when u die in a dungeon), then go ahead and get ZHP. But if you prefer to calmly make decisions and play things at ur own pace, P3P is good. So its up to u whether or not it is easy.

  • ChaosPaladinFayt

why does the pin have to be made of cardboard!!?!? D=

  • Pre-ordered.

    • Testsubject909

Need to check if it’s available for Canadians.

  • Eh… not really worth the pre-order dood! I’ll stick with Amazon thanks.

  • cj_iwakura

Wait, that’s not a metal pin? Weaksauce.

Still buying the heck out of this game. $29.99 for twice the game? Sa-old.
