By Spencer . December 7, 2010 . 11:55pm

imageSquare Enix has a limited edition Lord of Arcana package for Europe. Grab the PSP monster slaying game at launch and you’ll get a Slayer Edition.

This includes a mini-soundtrack CD, 44 page hardcover art book, and Lord of Arcana in a red PSP case.

Right now, the Lord of Arcana Slayer Edition has only been announced for Europe. Past PSP limited editions like the Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep pack and Dissidia: Final Fantasy limited edition were also PAL only.

damn europe is getting alot of limited editions lately.

Demon Souls, Final Fantasy XIII and so on.

Demon’s Souls’ Europe special edition (from what I’ve seen of it,) was just Namco-Bandai’s way of trying to expand the little bit of appreciation they have left in other regions by taking the one atlus made and slapping a new picture on it. FFXIII’s edition was pretty snazzy though. If I liked FFXIII any more than I do I might be jealous.

On the other hand this special edition…
I want it! I love the monster designs quite honestly.

The guide was actually different. The art-book not so much.

Btw Tactics Ogre, 3rd Birthday and the new Dissidia will also receive a Limited Edition over here in Europe.

    • Do i perceive a proud tone in that sentence? xD

      • They should be. We europeans usually get screwed over when it comes to Special Editions on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 games :D

        • But this the PSP we’re talking about.

          • A lot of PSP games that Siliconera reports on don’t even come here at all!

  • UGH, this is one of those cases where I feel cheated for being an American! Why in the world do we live in an unfair world? We never get these Square Enix awesome editions :(

  • Wow, looks pretty nice. I just hope for a good soundtrack, but from what I know, Square Enix never disappointed me in that case. I think I’ll buy it.

  • This is cool. Usually I wouldn’t go for it but since the Special Edition prices aren’t that much more expensive (£ 5-10), on the PSP, I got for them.

    Sweet, I’ll pick this up.
