Ghost Trick Possesses iPhone In Japan

Recommended Videos

Ghost Trick isn’t available outside Japan yet, but in Capcom’s home territory, Shuu Takumi’s stylish supernatural adventure is being given the iPhone treatment, adding another high-profile game to Capcom’s iTunes portfolio.

Ghost Trick on the iPhone and iPod Touch won’t see much in the way of changes, aside from user interface modifications to fit the game onto a single screen. iPhone owners do get a much better deal on the game, however — Capcom are making the first two chapters available for free.

Further chapters can be purchased in three bundles: chapters 3-7, chapters 8-13, and chapter 14. Each bundle costs 600 yen. If you buy chapters 3-14 as one big pack, you’ll be able to pick it up at a discounted 1,500 yen. If you pick them up before December 21st, you’ll get them even cheaper, at 1,200 yen.

Other high-profile games Capcom have on Japanese iTunes at present are: Street Fighter IV, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil: Degeneration, Dead Rising Mobile, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, and their Capcom Arcade app. You can check which of those are available in English at Capcom’s mobile site.
