For Frank West It’s Not A Story, It’s Personal

Dead Rising 2: Case West isn’t about a scoop, it’s about revenge for Frank West. That seems to be the reason why Dead Rising’s protagonist is teaming up with Chuck Greene. I wonder if Capcom changed Frank’s motivation to make him more interesting.

Anyway, here’s one more look at Dead Rising 2: Case West before it launches on Xbox Live Arcade next week.

The game, which includes photography for a change, is 800 Microsoft Points ($10). Being the second CERO Z (think "AO") rated game in Japan, users have to register a credit card plus fork over points to download Dead Rising 2: Case West in the land of the rising sun.

Poor Frank it’s seriously becoming apparent how much his hairline is receding opo; By Dead Rising 3 he’ll have full turned into Dan Aykroyd xox~!

Yeah just when I thought they couldn’t make him any uglier and WHAM!

It seems pretty pointless to release the game as a multi-platform title if exclusive content was going to be kept on 1 version of the game.

When you can almost double your sales, I wouldn’t say it’s pointless. Heck, even FF13 on 360 wasn’t pointless, since it sold an additional million and half units or so.

Exclusive games are just not that profitable anymore.

Yeah I understand that part. I’m just saying it’s too bad for those PS3 owners to get shafted due to them not owning the console which gets better support from developers.

Wouldn’t it be worse for them if they didn’t get the game at all?

It’s like the whole Vesperia debate. Sure, it sucks for 360 owners that they got the incomplete version, but what about the people who didn’t have a PS3 anyway? At least they still got to play the game, even if it had less content.
