You’ve Got A Friend In Yakuza: Of The End

You’re far from alone in the fight to save Kamurocho in Yakuza: Of the End. Sega added a new partner system to the zombie shooting game. By clearing sub-stories you can turn an average joe into an action hero.

Makoto Date, a long time friend of Kazuma Kiryu, can be a partner character in Yakuza: Of the End. Kazuto Arase who vowed to kill Kazuma in Yakuza 3 is another returning character who can be recruited as a partner.

Where else can you find partners? The hostess bar JeweL, of course.

Kazuma and company can even convince hostesses to join them on the streets as a partner character too.

I’ve never played any of the Yakuza games before but I really want to play this one.

I just feel I’m going to be terribly disappointed when I do decide to play the main series and I find out there actually aren’t zombies in it…

Posts like these are rage inducing and just help show why we cannot have nice things.

If you or any one else is raging over a comment said by some random anonymous person over the internet, that should have been understood to be sarcastic and/or to imply humor about a mediocre video game series; then you may have some bigger underlying problem that probably should be dealt with right away, dood.

love the Co-op system here :D

if there’s a AI Co-op hopefully it isn’t as stupid as in RE5.

    • MGSBigBoss

I think this announcement is for AI Co-op not player co-op

I honestly wasn’t expecting much from this game at first thinking the Yakuza series was trying to cash in on the zombie craze, but every time I hear something new about this game it goes up higher and higher on my must import as soon as possible list.

      My thoughts exactly….

I haven’t really been keeping up with this game, but wow, suddenly, it’s looking too awesome to ignore. Not that it hasn’t been awesome all along I’m sure.
