New Taiko No Tatsujin For PSP Has Monster Hunter Portable 3 And Idolm@ster Tunes

taikoAfter a couple of Nintendo DS and Wii games, Taiko no Tatsujin is marching back to PSP. Famitsu has the scoop on Taiko no Tatsujin Portable DX, a new beat tapping from Namco Bandai.

Capcom lent Namco Bandai a tune from Monster Hunter Portable 3 to use in the game. Just like the Monster Hunter song from last year’s Taiko no Tatsujin game for Wii, Felynes dance in the background while you hit the notes.

Namco Bandai also added a song from the Idolm@ster 2 in the game, which has the characters from the series dancing in the background.

Taiko no Tatsujin Portable DX is scheduled for release on July 14.

This is nice and all, but I’ll pay to have #SRW themes in Taiko no Tatsujin, even if they’re DLC.

    Oh God!
Namco MUST add God Eater songs (No way Back) and some good Jpop and anime music – thats the only reason i play this game on Wii LOL

I don’t want Taiko No Tatsujin Portable DX, I want Taiko No Tatsujin Portable 3.

Beavis: “Hey which is better Butthead? Rocky 5 or Rocky V? Heh heh.”

So will this one come with a horrible cover of the Kamen Rider OOO OP or the a terrible cover of the Gokaiger theme?

Only buying it if it has Def Leppard and Hall & Oates.

I’m a bit curious about these games, I really wanted to play the first one that came
    with the drum.
Can this one match up to the Jpn Donkey Konga that had Baka Survivor from Bobobobo?
