Dream Trigger 3D, a musical shooter from D3Publisher, takes players through a trippy dream, perhaps made by the L.S.D. PsOne game. Lurking within are Rage, Sorrow, Fear, Jealousy, and Desire (pictured below).
These emotions, shown as frightful masks, are your greatest foes in Dream Trigger 3D. I fought one before and the battle begun with tapping the bottom screen. This activates your sonar and chips away at the mask. You can’t actually shoot Desire with energy blasts until you shatter its shield. The shield will recover so you only have seconds to get shots in before the pattern resets. Here’s a look at boss fight in action.
The video shows burning Rage, but you also have to defeat the green face of envy Jealousy and Fear, which looks like a skull.
