Rebuild Of Evangelion Game Coming To PSP (Its Not A Slot Machine!) Evangelion games have still been trickling out… it’s just that most of them are pachislot ports. (See picture on right.)

 

Rebuild of Evangelion: Sound Impact isn’t. Revealed in Dengeki PlayStation, this upcoming PSP title is an action game.

 

No other details have leaked out other than a release date, September 29 for Japan. Rebuild of Evangelion will be sold in three flavors: a regular edition for 6,280 yen ($78), Sound Edition for 8,380 yen ($104), and a customized version for 11,530 yen ($143).

    I hope unlike other Eva games its not garbage. Eva games dont have too many good ones ._.

          It’s not too rare but it’s kept a decent value over the years. You should hit up eBay sometime if you’ve got a little extra cash sometime. That game is faithful to the series in almost every way possible.

    Considering the title, I’m wondering if it’s a remake/enhanced port of Evangelion Battle Orchestra for PS2, which I believe was largely a Super Smash Bros. clone.

    Which reminds me, was Jo for PSP any good? I don’t think they followed through with that, they haven’t made a 2.0 PSP game, but hopefully this one will be good, I’d want an action game kindoff like Battle Orchestra, just not as unresponsive and hard to play.

    I havenet heard of a an evangelion game since the one came out on N64
