Early reports about Saint Seiya Chronicle from Japanese message boards noted Tecmo Koei was the developer of the PlayStation 3 title. This information was incorrect. Famitsu’s article notes Dimps is the actual developer. In addition to making Street Fighter IV, the Osaka based studio created two Saint Seiya games for PlayStation 2.

Players will fight waves of enemies and Taurus Aldebaran, one of the gold saints, is in Saint Seiya Chronicle. Pegasus Seiya, Dragon Shiryu, Cygnus Hoga, Andromeda Shun, and Phoenix Ikki are also playable characters.
Saint Seiya Chronicle is 60% complete and scheduled for release this fall. On June 23, Namco Bandai will reveal a trailer on June 23.
