See The Two Figures From Lalabit’s Tales Of Xillia Limited Edition

By Spencer . June 25, 2011 . 2:33am

Namco Bandai has a special Tales of Xillia package on their Lalabit Market online shop. Packed inside a giant book, the Tales of Xillia Kyun Character Pack includes the game, a 13 month calendar, and figurines of the two main characters.

You also get two extra bodies for Jude and Milla plus an accessory. Here’s what the Tales of Xillia figurines usually look like.

Below, you can see Jude and Milla dressed in student uniforms. Jude is also wearing his accessory, a pair of glasses.

  • Draparde

i’d love to have a poster of the image on the far right xD i know a friend of mine who will preorder this asap xD

  • T-t-that price D:

    • raikage

      Yea -_-
so you pay 100$ for two figurines and a calender…

      • Yeh, if I was Japanese I’d never be a gamer. They get ripped off on everything over there.

    • Ladius

The regular edition has an extremely high RRP, too. Probably they noticed that the same amount of gamers bought ToV and ToGF even if ToGF had an higher price, and wanted to raise the bet again with Xillia.

  • Oni123

It will be hard enough to get Xillia in the UK =/ Don’t think we will be seeing this awesome Limited edition. Love those nendoroids though

    • CIN

These are not Nendoroids. They are Kyun-chara figurines made by Banpresto

  • Sal

    Milla is a delinquent :O

    • …Which makes Jude the bullied one who learns martial arts from Millia, so he can become stronger and protect himself and the ones he loves – namely Leila, and eventually Tipo.

Alvin can be cool mysterious advice-giving teacher. And Rowen can be the lecherous lolicon of a principal. We all know who Elise is.

      • Jude looks more like the super witty dude who is in secret the strongest fighter in the school, sorry though for the current lack of examples~

  • Hehe, I like that Jude.

  • Crimson_Cloud

Milla looks awesome. A worthy Limited Edition if you ask me.

  • exhume

    If this doesn’t get an English release, I think I’ll make it my first Japanese import game. Hooray for not understanding what’s happening! ;^;

    • Eh, I’ve imported Monster Hunter Portable 3 and Disgaea 4 and it’s not as hard as I thought it would be Monster Hunter especially. It’s actually driven me to want to learn Japanese more and I’m seriously looking around for the best way to do that, so it’s turned out to be a great thing.

    • Ive imported for years. Never cared to learn a new language now that im in my 20’s I dont have time for that. But there’s always online FAQs for tales games since most the good ones never get localized anyways. So you can read the story as you go along. And if you want decent pre-orders you better get the JPN version. The localized versions dont even get LE’s.. Bamco in the U.S is weak sauce.

      • exhume

Yeah, I was hoping to be able to follow along with a guide as well – I’m in my 20s too and learning a new language at this age isn’t as easy as it is when you’re younger! :<

      • ThatBlackGuy

wait do you pre order the asian version or the jpn version

  • *Looks at figurines*

Sorry, it had to be said.

  • Ladius

Preordering this like crazy. I’m so glad Namco is providing  beautiful limited editions for the Tales games, before ToWRM3 and ToGF the last Japanese Tales LE was ToDR Director’s Cut many years ago :(

  • Shinji Kazuya

Oh my god!!! Those figures are the pinnacle of cuteness!

  • IceRomancer

I can’t help it I have to order that! Farewell my hard-earned monies! I hardly knew ye T-T

  • I know that this will be my favorite Tales game ever! I also feel that we will get this one also indeed…Make sure you guys support the great ToGF!

  • Zefux

If the heads were a little less round… @[email protected]

  • If only i had the money….

  • hipster Jude

  • noctis_nox

Why does it have to be so damn expensive!?
I hope when the game gets localized, we will have the same treatment!!!

    • MrRobbyM

We will be lucky to get the game period.

  • Wow, my cuteness quota for today just got filled.

  • Elemiel

That detail! Those adorable faces! Them glasses!

  • I gotta say, I love how publishers provide interesting cases, and awesome content for Limited Edition of games over the recent years, like the soon to be released “Catherine”. The Downside is the price :(, but its worth it :)

  • Awesome package there. Now I just need to find out what comes with the Famitsu DX Pack then I’ll make a decision :)

  • HarryHodd

Too expensive for me, but I did pre-order the regular version.

  • Darkrise

I’ll stick with the regular edition, as much as I’d love to get the nendo’s, the price really kills…

    • animaster

CMIIW, but as far as I know, those figurines are Banpresto’s Kyun Chara series instead of Nendoroid. Yeah … the price is deadly indeed.

  • Hate myself for wanting this LE…ALMOST as much as I do for wanting that Abyss 3DS pre-order with the drama CD…

    …almost. :)

  • How do people manage to afford the collector’s editions!?

    • Importers? I frankly don’t know. At normal price? Ask those people buying Halo Legendary Editions.

    • We just avoid buying mediocre games or pushing other games off to get after day 1.

    • Passion transcends income limits!!

    • Real dedication. Money wise though, instant noodles for the next few weeks.

  • I really have to learn japanese. Missing out some great games.

  • This is SO TEMPTING. But the price is SO PAINFUL.
