ASCII Media Works and Kadokawa Games are working on A Certain Scientific Railgun for PSP. Thanks to Dengeki PlayStation, we finally have a few details about it.

A Certain Scientific Railgun has two gameplay phases. In Girls Talk players talk to several characters and gather topics which can be used during conversations. The game then shifts to action mode, which is described as a 3D action game. Kadokawa Games also included anime scenes to watch that follow after the game’s action part.
A Certain Scientific Railgun is slated for release on November 24.
