7th Dragon 2020′s Limited Edition Has Headphones, Not Flowers

By Spencer . August 10, 2011 . 12:10pm

7thd1In 7th Dragon 2020 you have to defeat dragons from deep space that covered near-future Tokyo with HP sapping Flowaro. Sega’s limited edition doesn’t have any pink flowers, though.

Instead, they bundled 7th Dragon 2020 with a special cover, soft case, 10 decorative stickers, and 7th Dragon themed earbuds. The limited edition will retail for 8,820 yen ($115). Imageepoch’s sequel will also be available as a standalone game, but Sega has not announced a price for it yet.

7th Dragon 2020 comes out on October 27.

@SEGA I hope you’d localize 7th Dragon 2020, since a lot of people would love to have more variety to your US lineup, as yours truly is one of them.

Also, the headphones are really functional for a limited edition item. :3

Besides, the US PSP market has a drought of good games, since it’s mostly ports and PSN exclusives, embarrassingly enough. >_<

If sega had listened to fans, they would have released a new Jet grind game, or made a Shenmue II.

I’d love if I didn’t have to import this. or maybe I won’t just to make a statement that nobody will hear. Like voting for Ron Paul.

         you mean  Shenmue 3.

also, nice LE! atleast better than the crappy FF type-0 one.

I knew I would get corrected on this. :p Yeah this seems like one of the better LE’s out there.

An HD Collection of Shenmue would be nice. or yeah… 3.

I think the US  market should wait for the Vita, since publishers don’t seem to care about us anymore. At that point, I’m just fine with importing my games. They’re being too selective and bringing over pretty much anything that won’t sell nowadays. If they can be ignorant of the good stuff, I see no reason to support them.

And with the US PSP market nearly dead, they’ve sealed the deal. Sony should have thought about more support at the beginning, not when its generation is winding down.

Interesting designs. I see they have some Meito Anizawa-esque looking guy, ha.
Really liking what’s been shown of the game.  A very nice progression of the original game.

    Nice LE.

Reminds me of when P3 MC’s headphones were included in Japan…
