Brand New Fire Emblem Coming To 3DS Next Spring

Brand New Fire Emblem Coming To 3DS Next SpringNintendo announced a new Fire Emblem game (temporary title) for the Nintendo 3DS. As a series first, this game will have cooperative play. Fire Emblem will be released in spring 2012.

    This game will sell me a 3ds if I see a US announcement.

      I will feel more justified in having bought a 3DS if I see a US announcement.

      Although playing the NES games reminds me how much hand-holding we have in modern games. Clearly NES gamers are made of much sterner stuff than modern jellyish pulp like me.

      Really.. me too. I really want another fire emblem game. It’s a shame no overseas announcement for the 2nd fire emblem in the DS >.< This one is a must-buy ^^

    how did Golden Sun Dark Dawn do in terms of sales??

      Not too well aparently. But if camelot makes another golden sun, I hope it turns a lot better than Dark Dawn, I liked but i didn’t love it as the past games.

        isn’t camelot a nintendo first party studio or are they like Game Freaks independent but makes games for nintendo exclusive???

          I think that is like Game Freaks. However I hope that neither didn’t give up with golden sun.

            Actually, I think Camelot Software Planning is just a third party company with a close partnership with Nintendo. If you check their website, you’ll notice that Camelot also creates a lot of general software for smartphones.

        Does sales even really matter for this first party title? I imagine they had already received the green light to do two Golden Sun sequels after Lost Ag due to the way Dark Dawn turned out…

      If you haven’t but you have heard of the series, they’re worth getting and playing. 7, 8, 9 and 10 (the English ones) won’t disappoint. The 11th game (also in English) is a modern remake of the very first one, but many are in a sort of YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary) stance with that game.

    OH! MY! GOD! Finally! A new Fire Emblem! I have been dying to play a new FE ever since I finished Radiant Dawn years ago!
    If it doesn’t come out here there will be rumble…
