New Keiji Inafune is working with Idea Factory and the director of the Record of Agarest Wars series on a PlayStation 3 RPG. Infinite Souls is a bit different from his past projects since it sounds like it has more in common with the Disgaea series.

Players can stack characters in towers and hit enemies for billions of points of damage. Takehito Harada, one of the main artists on the Disgaea series, is working on this game Infinite Souls too.
Naturally, he created cute characters, which the official site revealed. The game’s homepage also notes GCrest, perhaps best known for their Tinier Me avatar cafe, is tied into its development too.
