Sackboy Bundled With PlayStation Move For The HolidaysAren’t a fan of Sports Champions, but interested in PlayStation Move? Sony Computer Entertainment America announced a new hardware bundle that includes the PlayStation Eye, Move, navigation controller, and LittleBigPlanet2 Special Edition.

This version of the game includes the downloadable Toy Story level pack and costume packs, all of the pets costumes (cats, dogs, plus even more animals), and LittleBigPlanet 2 Move Pack: Rise of the Cakeling where players can save Sackland from… an evil cake. LittleBigPlanet2 Special Edition will also retail as a separate game on November 15 along with the hardware bundle. Sony didn’t mention a price for the hardware bundle, but it appears the package will retail for $99.99 according to Amazon.

LittleBigPlanet fans can pick up an Uncharted 3 costume next week…

“LittleBigPlanet 2 Move Pack: Rise of the Cakeling where players can save Sackland from… an evil cake.”

Me: LOL! That sounds interesting. I might get this.

That’s not a bad price actually, since you get LBP2 and move set for 100$ (from what I understand). I would certainly consider it if I didn’t already own the game.

I did not know that. X3

I thought a Sackboy plushie was going to be included lol. I don’t have a PlayStation Move and I don’t think I’ll be getting one anytime soon, but it’s a nice option in case I change my mind.

That would have been cool. They had one in the limited edition of LBP2, and it looked cute.

        Yeah, it really does (◕ω◕)

I was thought something similar was going to be bundled, but it’s just the game ^_^; But hey, it has some new content, so it has that going for it.

It is really cute~ (Sony found my weakness!) And I thought so too based on the wording in the article. Not that it matters since I already have the game.

The only game that will actually get me to buy a Move is probably Epic Mickey 2, if a)the rumors are true and that it IS in production (with Disney backing off from serious game publishing, that’s an unfortunate possibility), and b) it IS going multiplatform.

Well, that, or a new Okami.

Sony does not seem to care about prioritizing motion enabled games. They’ve basically just relegated it to, “If you’re making an FPS, put in Move controls please” and called it a day. That’s a shame.
