Sonic CD is leaving past hardware in the dust and light dashing to current generation consoles starting with Xbox 360. Sega’s Sonic CD port will be available tomorrow for 400 Microsoft Points ($5). PlayStation 3 owners can download Sonic CD on December 14 in Europe and December 20 in North America.
