Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy Has A Boss Rush Mode With Sephiroth Sephiroth is a character in Square Enix’s musical spin-off, Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy and… aww… they made him cute. Players can fight Safer Sephiroth (or is it Seraph Sephiroth) in Chaos Tower Mode. This mode has players fight bosses like Sephiroth and the Black Knights from Final Fantasy II with special a special "dark" score.

 

The lead characters from Final Fantasy I-XIII may need some help taking these villains down, so Square Enix added even more heroes and heroines to Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy. According to Jump,  Rydia (IV), Yuna (X), Seifer (VIII), Ashe (XII), Minwu (II), and Locke (VI) are sub-characters in the game. Players can unlock sub-characters by collecting crystal fragments.

 

Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy comes out in Japan on February 16 for Nintendo 3DS.

    I’d prefer if Leon (II) was a sub-character instead of Minwu. I hope they add Desch and Steiner as well.

      Leon would be sweet! But I had wished they threw in Leila in Dissidia 012. So I was hoping she’d be in this one :/ She is an awesome, and one of my favorite characters from II

    …….Anyways, I’m so happy that SE added Rydia (IMO the best and cutest Summoner of all! X3), Yuna (I just love her…….I found her adorable before and I still do now), Seifer (freakin’ badass as all!), Ashe (a very brave and lovable woman), Locke (I’m glad he’s in because IMO he was extremely useful), and Minwu (I hated when he died…..he was so cool….and powerful).

    I think these are all the good characters that will be appearing, but if I had to make a wish, I wish for Zack Fair to appear as well. I love Cloud (no homo), but I like Zack way more (again no homo), so……..I want him in as well.

    Yay. Sephiroth again. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaay… -.-

    At least there are other villains who’ll hopefully get some spotlight too. Also, I know Vivi was announced, and I love him to death, but I hope Garnet and/or Eiko can make an appearance too. Garnet’s my favorite heroine in the entire series and Eiko is just so adorable.

    I’ve never picked up a rhythm game before and I never thought I would . . .

    BUT THIS GAME LOOKS SO DAMN CUTE.

    I know I’m in the minority but I want Chibi Zell :D

    I love the look of the game, it’s really cute. I just don’t like that it’s a Rhythm game but hey at lease Square Enix trying something different with the series again.

    Yay, Rydia~! I love her (no hom…oh wait) <3 And Yunie, and.. Ashe? Well, I like Fran more, but hey. She's a princess :3 But I want Zack, I love him even more than Prishe, Rydia and Yunie (if that's even possible) <3

    Oh those are some of my favourite FF characters. Good news indeed~ (minus Seifer. Never really liked him. Much prefer Zell :3 )
