Bones, the animation studio behind Fullmetal Alchemist and Eureka Seven, is making anime cutscenes for Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney. The news comes from the tenth anniversary Phoenix Wright event where Level-5 CEO Akihiko Hino took the stage and showed a scene of Phoenix Wright traveling to London.
While Phoenix and Maya are flying to London, the Nintendo 3DS game takes place in a medieval world where where magic "exists." A young girl named Mahoney is accused of being a witch when flames burst from the ground. Read our impressions of Level-5’s game here.
Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney is slated for release this year in Japan.
